You’re invited to step inside the University Club of Portland for an evening of music, art, food, culture, and connection throughout our historic downtown clubhouse.

Here’s what you’ll find inside:

• A live performance by Musician-in-Residence James Shields, Principal Clarinet of the Oregon Symphony
• New work created especially for the Open House by Artist-in-Residence Garrick Arnold, with Garrick in attendance
• A visual exhibition by Author-in-Residence Jeff VanderMeer, connecting his wildlife and landscape photography with the worlds, ideas, and stories of his novels
• Appetizers and refreshments from our Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Manager, and Culinary Team
• Meet the people behind the Club’s Committees and member-led Affinity Groups, representing interests from arts and culture to wine, books, business, travel, and more
• Discover the Club’s private dining and catering offerings
• Connect with several of our Arts & Education Member organizations, partnerships that connect the Club and our members with some of Portland’s leading cultural, educational, and community institutions, including Portland Art Museum, National University of Natural Medicine, Oregon Historical Society, Portland Youth Philharmonic, and AGE+
