Transcending Hope is hosting our 1st Annual Golf Fundraiser — a 9-hole, 4-person scramble style tournament at Sunset Grove Golf Club in Forest Grove. Join us to "Drive Away Mental Health and Homelessness" while supporting vital housing and recovery services across the Portland metro area. Registration is $200 per team of 4, or $50 per individual. The day includes BBQ lunch, entertainment, awards, prizes, and a 50/50 raffle. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.

Over the past year, Transcending Hope has experienced remarkable growth, doubling our reach to serve over 500 participants across 32 locations in the Portland Metro area. In the coming months, we will proudly break ground on a new 39-unit building to further support our mission. Our dedication remains steadfast in assisting vulnerable community members—men, women, and families confronting substance use disorders and mental health challenges. This year, we are focusing on community restoration through our Aid and Assist programs, committed to creating pathways to stable housing with comprehensive support systems. By nurturing family-like environments, we strive to create a strong sense of community where hope transforms into reality. 

Homelessness in Oregon has surged by 89% over the past five years, with a 17% increase just last year. In 2025, 40% of Oregon's homeless population reported significant mental health challenges. In Portland alone, 80% of unsheltered individuals live with at least one disability, and 40% suffer from severe mental disorders. Additionally, 89% of residents at the Oregon State Hospital present with co-occurring disorders. We invite you to support Transcending Hope's housing expansion by becoming a presenting sponsor at the $2500 level or by contributing an amount that suits your capacity this year. Sponsorship Tier Levels

Presenting Sponsor – $2,500
As the Presenting Sponsor, your organization will receive premier recognition throughout the event. This sponsorship includes registration for eight golfers, promotional materials featuring "Presented by [Your Company]," custom event signage, and company recognition across all event marketing and promotional materials.

Gold Sponsor – $1,500
Gold Sponsors receive registration for four golfers, prominent company logo placement on event signage, the opportunity to display company materials at the event, and recognition on event materials and promotional communications.

Silver Sponsor – $1,000
Silver Sponsors receive registration for four golfers, the opportunity to display company materials at the event, and company recognition on event materials and promotional communications.

Bronze Sponsor – $500
Bronze Sponsors receive registration for four golfers and company recognition on event materials and promotional communications.

Hole Sponsor – $200
Hole Sponsors receive company logo placement at a designated hole on the golf course, providing visibility to all tournament participants throughout the event.
