Take Me Out to the Ballpark- A social evening benefiting the Hillsboro Hops Fund

The Hillsboro Hops are inviting fans and community members to experience Hops Ballpark like never before at Take Me Out to the Ballpark: A Social Evening with Purpose. The exclusive after-hours event on Saturday, November 7^th at 7:00 PM will bring the community together for an evening of entertainment, socializing and behind-the-scenes access, all while supporting the Hillsboro Hops Fund and its mission to create opportunities for local students and youth athletes.

Guests will have the opportunity to explore Hops Ballpark in a whole new way, with interactive games, raffles, entertainment and more throughout the evening. Tickets are on sale now with each ticket including event access, drinks and heavy appetizers. Must be 21 or older to attend.

“We are thrilled for fans to have the chance to experience the ballpark in a whole new way while supporting the Hillsboro Hops Fund,” said Hillsboro Hops Sr. Director of Merchandise & Community Engagement Hannah August. “It's a great opportunity to bring our community together, create new memories, and make a meaningful impact on youth sports and education."

The Hillsboro Hops Fund is a community benefits program, the goal of which is to promote, foster and support education, health, culture and youth activities, including activities for underprivileged youth, in the Greater Hillsboro area.

Our fund was established to level the playing field financially. No child should be unable to play the game simply because the equipment is too expensive. No team should be unable to play a game because the playing surface is sub-par. All the money raised by this fund is directly infused back into the community to support children who simply want to play baseball and softball, but lack the support to do so. Fundraising efforts are focused primarily on field refurbishment and providing synthetic turf fields that can be used year-round by local youth teams as well as community members.
