Start your morning with great company, fresh coffee, and valuable connections. Get the latest updates from the OAME Board and make the most of our networking opportunities. With design-build now representing nearly half of all construction spending nationwide, the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) is committed to advancing best practices that promote collaboration, innovation, and inclusion. This panel discussion will introduce the NW DBIA Small Business Engagement and Growth Committee, explain the fundamentals of design-build delivery, and focus on how small businesses—especially underutilized business enterprises (UBEs)—can thrive in the design-build environment. Two local case studies will showcase successful small business participation: PCC Sylvania HT West Renovation (Woofter Bolch / Fortis) and Clark College Advanced Manufacturing Center (Hennebery Eddy / Mortenson). |
