The Black Business Association of Oregon (BBAO) is partnered with Jack Daniels, Dreaming in Color Entertainment, and the Black and Loud Fest brand to produce events in March and April 2024.

The BBAO and Dreaming In Color are producing a celebration of all the donors, artists, interns, producers, and team members to accelerate the marketing and promotion for Black and Loud Portland 2024. The Black and Loud Fest Portland 2024 will feature Black and Loud Festival founder Cameron Lavi-Jones and band from Seattle, King Youngblood and many other bands from Portland, the PNW, and beyond.
