Our keynote speaker, Felicia Pullman, Senior Director of Geo - Commerce at APCO, is a national expert in trade and investment with experience in the Biden and Obama administrations, now leading APCO's Center for Trade, Investment and Market Access.
Immediately following the keynote address CEO of Business Oregon Sophorn Cheang, CEO of Port of Portland Curtis Robinhold and CEO of Travel Oregon Todd Davidson will join Felicia for a panel discussing Global Horizons: Driving Growth Through Foreign Direct Investment.
