Bridge 13 is an innovative program to reduce food waste and feed those facing food insecurity. Rescuing leftover food from restaurants and other businesses to deliver to nonprofit shelters and food pantries.

Our new food rescue program has produced over 15,000 meals for those facing food insecurity in Portland and rescued over 10 tons of food from donors like Hyatt Regency Convention Center, OMSI, Oregon Zoo and many restaurants and other businesses.
Our couriers pick up leftover restaurant and catering food and quickly and safely transport it to local, trusted, nonprofit shelters and food pantries that need it most. We deliver to nonprofits like Blanchet House, Urban Gleaners, CityTeam and Transition Projects.
Quarterly we provide custom Impact Reports, which provide information you can use in your sustainable practices messaging. The reports show the pounds of food you rescued, gallons of water saved, metric tons of CO2 emissions avoided and number of meals served.
