She will be leading a session called:

Courageous Communication: Having Hard Conversations Effectively

The best leaders aren’t fearless communicators, they’re prepared ones. Strong leadership depends on the ability to both deliver and receive messages clearly, especially when the conversation is uncomfortable. In this session, we’ll introduce a simple, practical framework to help you prepare for difficult conversations with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Communication is a skill, and like any skill, it improves with practice. Participants will leave with an easy-to-follow Courageous Communication framework they can use immediately to set themselves up for better outcomes.
