Description
Event Description: Join us for a special litter cleanup event starting at the Restoration Roadmap mural outside of Lincoln High School. This mural, a collaboration between local artists and students, reflects the deep history of the region, acknowledging the land as unceded Indigenous territory and honoring the Chinese migrants who once farmed here. The artwork envisions a hopeful future for the land, guided by lessons from the past. At the start of the event, one of the artists involved in the project will give a brief talk about the mural and its significance. Afterward, we’ll begin our litter cleanup, coming together to beautify the area while reflecting on the history and future of this important space.
