The Downtown Retail Council (DRC) is the voice for Downtown Portland’s consumer business. Membership is open to retailers, restaurateurs and hoteliers within the Downtown Portland Clean & Safe District. (Downtown, Oldtown / Chinatown). We meet on the Second Tuesday of each month (January - October) at 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM.
