Downtown Portland Clean & Safe is excited to host a four-hour training for our downtown security and loss prevention professionals. 

We have partnered with Con10gency, www.con10gency.com, to provide our Public Safety Coordinators with enhanced de-escalation and problem-solving tactics to remain safe while seeking the best solutions for our rate-payers and all members of our downtown community. 

We are opening up this training to our security and loss prevention partners to share what we hope is a useful and tangible resource for employees in the public safety sector in our downtown environment. 

This training is summarized by: Calm, confident, and empowered is a practical solution that provides personnel with a safe and effective de-escalation response matrix. 

This is an RSVP only event and seats are limited. Priority seating will be for downtown security and loss prevention firms and programs.
