The Mahonian is an event space in a former restaurant, making them equipped to offer culinary and bar focused gatherings for many sized groups.
The kitchen is lead by Leather Storrs, most known as the former chef/owner of Noble Rot. His style of cooking puts the spotlight on local farmers and offers a dining experience that pulls from the seasons and the region.
The cocktail menu is designed by Ryan Margarian, founder of Aviation Gin and Bar Director/Owner of Oven and Shaker.
The brand voice and events program is lead by Natalia Toral, a well-known event producer in Portland, who has worked nationally with large-scale food and beverage festivals for over a decade.
